Young people are growing bumps on their heads because of the way they hold their phones, according to a new report.
The Washington Post has said more and more youths have noticed bumps developing on the back of their skulls.
The report published by the Washington Post contained a medical explanation for the problem.
“Bone spurs [are] caused by the forward tilt of the head, which shifts weight from the spine to the muscles at the back of the head, causing bone growth in the connecting tendons and ligaments”, the Washington Post wrote.
The solution to “horn” growth on skulls is to sit up straight as it’s also been said that improving your posture can help stop the bumps from developing.
