Zion has released his debut solo project, Her, Her and You.
The title of the release borrows its name and artwork from the eponymous single which Zion released earlier this month. The visuals to the track saw him balance dating several different women in a bright and colourful American diner themed restaurant.
The new eight-track release from Zion sees the young and soulful artist showcase his vocals over R&B and afroswing influenced instrumentals. Production on the tape is handled by The Fanatix who add Zion to their recent production credits along with Popcaan, Giggs, Nicki Minaj, Chip and Stylo G.
Fans are treated to several new tracks on Her, Her and You as well as familiar releases such as his single, “The Point”. “The Point” saw Zion uniquely lay down soft and soulful vocals over a drill influenced instrumental.
You can relive the track and check out the GRM exclusive video here.
Zion thanked listeners in a lengthy Instagram post and detailed the behind the scenes work that went into creating and finalising the project. Zion revealed that he met The Fanatix in January of last year and their chemistry and synergy led to the creation of this tape. Zion also detailed signing his record deal and his journey into music after leaving school. Check out the full post below.

‘Her, Her & You’ My first project is officially out, I’d just like to thank everyone who’s been a part of this and helped me bring this to life. God is GREAT! January 2018 ALOT changed, I changed my management (@junaideyecon ) and I posted a few video’s that went CRAZY ‘When I First Laid My Eyes On You’ , ‘Roll In Peace Challenge’ , ‘Mae’s Story’. I found a sound that you guys loved and that I loved creating! Also in January I met @fanatixonline and ever since our first session they believed in me, guided me, educated me and also gave me some AMAZING SOOOONGS omg. I really didn’t mean to type so much but I’ve got a rhythm now so f it. After 3/4 months of working with @fanatixonline I signed to @virginemi (luckily just before my A-Levels so my mum couldn’t force me to go uni ) who have also believed in me and helped me and continue to help me turn my dream into a reality. I don’t take any of this for granted and I continue to work relentlessly to make sure I’m always improving, learning and acquiring more skills! I want everyone who supports me to know this is the start, I’ve got so many more songs to come I promise. For now I really hope you enjoy the new project and I love you all. I know everyone here is real cos they read that whole thing so yeah, I love you also p.s. Her, Her & You is NOT about me wanting to date 3 girls at the same time. P.s.s. Link in bio
