It’s looking like we’re going to have a strong finish to the year; we’ve had some incredible releases over the last month from the likes of Krept and Konan, Wretch, Giggs and Skrapz to mention a few. They’ve all been impacting the charts significantly, like K&K who managed to get both of their mixtapes in the top ten, check last week’s roundup for a more detailed look at the stats. This week in the charts it’s another impressive one, let’s delve right in and see exactly how your favourite artists have done.

Rated Awards artist of the year, Stormzy has become something of a mainstay in the charts, whether it be singles or albums Stormzy has become omnipresent. Gangs Signs And Prayer has climbed 19 places and is just outside the top ten coming in at 13; which is no mean feat considering that it was released at the beginning of the year, once more proving why he’s a worthy recipient of the much coveted Artist of the year award. His other chart appearance comes in the form of the next single from the album “Blinded By Your Grace” which enters straight in at number 40, although it’s almost certainly going to climb especially once Stormz releases some visuals to go with it.

Krept and Konan’s 7 Days & 7 Nights are both still going strong, although 7 Days appears to be the more popular of the two which finds itself currently sitting at number 18; while 7 Nights is at number 35.  Skrapz hasn’t wasted any time, and the long awaited album Different Cloth has entered the charts at number 33. J Hus has become another chart mainstay with his Rated Awards album of the year Common Sense which is just outside the top 40 alongside Giggs’s Wamp 2 Dem.

Like we predicted in our first roundup two weeks ago, “Finders Keepers” by Mabel & Kojo Funds has moved further up the charts at is now at number 8 and has its sights set firmly on that top five. Stefflon Don and French Montana’s “Hurting me” is clearly still in heavy rotation despite slipping two places coming in at number 13 this week.

The viral smash “Mans not hot” has climbed six places this week and grabs the number 20 spot, moving just under 120k units; the release of the visuals no doubt playing a big part in the tracks continued success. Yungen and Yxng Bane’s “Bestie” is still doing numbers, selling a whopping 414,000 and currently holding the number 33 spot.  Be sure to check next week’s instalment to see how which UK artists are doing numbers!
