Mental K is back with his highly-anticipated Rule 53 project and it does not disappoint!
Rule 53 follows on from other projects from Mental K such as Fresh From The Trap and Intent 2 Supply and his latest one is a completely different beast that commands your attention.
The project doesn’t lack in regards to features, pulling out big names like Ghetts, RV, Headie One and more. With the talent on this project, the EP is arguably Mental K’s best piece of work to date, achieving in all aspects from flow to production.
Rapping wise we see Mental K in his prime on the entire tape, however, tracks such as “Mona Lisa” & “Mafia” we are presented as to why K should be regarded with the icons. Using his unique lyric style of weaving in names to his punchlines Mental K nearly manages to get the whole UK scene on his lyric list from.
With the project is the best thing to come out of Mental K’s discography and is a mandatory listen for any fan of UK rap.
