The brands founder and Roll Deep member, J2K, has recently announced that he is stepping away from the day to day operational running of the business in order to focus his energies on new ventures.
When speaking to Complex UK about the decision to leave he said, “After careful (and long) consideration, I have decided to step back from the day-to-day running of Crep Protect.
“I will remain a major shareholder of the company but will be focusing on new projects and endeavours, moving forward. Under my role as co-founder and director, Crep Protect has gone from a floating idea to the global reach it has today.
“I am immensely proud of everything the brand’s achieved over the past 5 years, and every late night, every day, every week away from home, every ounce of blood, sweat and tears that went into it, has all been worth it.
“I wish the CP team the best of luck and look forward to watching the brand’s continued growth. Thanks also to everyone for their on-going support; it doesn’t go unnoticed and is always appreciated. I am very much excited for the next chapter and can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on. Stay tuned!”
