Florida Police have commended the actions of a local citizen, who turned in $1 million worth of cocaine that they found in the sea. The local citizen spotted tightly wrapped packages floating near Florida Keys.
To us, such a startling discovery might seem like a freak incident, but there have been many such cases in recent history in Florida Keys. A snorkeller stumbled upon cocaine worth $1.5 Million, just earlier this year. In both cases, the local police were contacted, before the drugs were then handed over to the border patrol.
