It has now been revealed that Stormzy is set to have a waxwork of himself at the iconic Madame Tussauds museum in London.
Madame Tussauds announced the news in a tweet showing Big Mike meeting his wax work alongside his nephew as well as his mother on FaceTime.
The video doesn’t give us any previews of the wax work but it’s set to be unveiled as part of Madame Tussauds’ summer line-up of new wax replicas of famous names.
“I was told Madame Tussauds London wanted to make a figure of me just after I performed at Glastonbury and it really felt like the icing on top of the cake,” Stormzy commented. “Growing up, going to school, we’d go to Madame Tussauds London all the time. For me to be there, it feels like, flipping heck, I’m going up in the world.”
This isn’t the first time Stormzy has been adapted as the south London rapper appeared as a special guest star in Ubisoft’s big game, Watch Dogs: Legion.
His wax work is another epic move and we’ve been told to keep an eye on Madame Tussauds London’s socials as it will be unveiled on their channels in the coming weeks.
