To coincide with the release of the new House Of Gucci film, supermarket chain Asda is hiding designer clothes from the luxury fashion brand in some of its stores for as little as £12!
George at Asda revealed it will be hiding Gucci clothes yesterday (November 25). The designer gear can be found by shoppers in stores across London, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Brighton.
The move will see select second-hand Gucci pieces hidden across Asda’s UK stores for just a fraction of the original price.
The venture marks the release of Ridley Scott’s blockbuster House of Gucci – which stars Lady Gaga and Jared Leto – and is in association with George’s sustainability partner, Preloved.
“Whether you are a lover of vintage or just want to make more sustainable choices, our hand-picked PreLoved pieces are always a treasure trove of gems and now Gucci is adding to our customers’ reasons to shop with us,” Lauren Mallins from George at Asda said.
The supermarket will be sharing teasers throughout the day to encourage shoppers to participate in the designer supermarket sweep.
