Here’s What Went Down When Little Simz, Megan Thee Stallion & More Shut Things Down At 2022 Roskilde Festival

Towards the end of June, the 50th edition of Roskilde Festival took place in Denmark to celebrate music, art, activism and community!

The 8-day festival took place between place from 25th June to 2nd July and welcomed more than 130,000 festivalgoers and saw performances from more than 130 music acts.

Among those performing were a whole range of big names including Little Simz, Megan Thee Stallion, Polo G, Tyler The Creator, Post Malone, Arlo Parks and many more.

As well as featuring the hottest music acts, festivalgoers were also able to explore Roskilde’s wide range of activist art, strong communities and unexpected cultural trends from across the globe. This year’s Art & Activism programme reflected the state of the current world in 2022, with no less than 68 contributors.

Roskilde Festival is 100% non-profit with all profits donated in full to humanitarian, non-profit and cultural work benefiting children and young people in particular. Over the years, Roskilde Festival has donated approximately 54.9 million euros to charity.
