The menu included The Morning After Roll, (Chicken sausage, flame-grilled in your chosen spice and served in a portuguese roll, with lightly spiced yogurt mayo.) and the Chicken or Halloumi Festa PERi-chips (made with either chicken thighs and cheddar, or halloumi and pineapple chunks, tossed across peri-salted chips, with peri-ketchup and cool yoghurt mayo.
