As reported toward the tail end of last year, many UK companies moved to permanently change their employees work patterns by moving to a four day working week.
Now a recent study by Cambridge University has revealed that this change has increased companies profits by an insane amount.
The working pattern can reportedly increase profits by a third, whilst also massively boosting staff happiness and reducing burnout.
Supporters of the four day working week claim that it incentivises staff to be more productive, whilst its detractors say it has the adverse effect.
61 companies in Britain adopted the new measures, effecting 3000 staff and with results like these it wouldn’t be a surprise to see more follow suit.
