The show started off with DJ Slaps who warmed up the crowd, spinning a variety of tracks to begin the night. With his interactive nature, getting the crowd involved, DJ Slaps steadily raised the energy levels in the room.

He introduced the duo A1xJ1 to the stage for their opening act performance several of their most well-known songs like “Night Away (Dance)” and “Latest Trends”, keeping the crowd bussing. As a late Valentine’s Day celebration, they even handed out some roses to some ladies in the front row.

Before Aitch graced the stage, representatives from the BRITS Week War Child came up to talk about their cause, helping children in war-torn nations that are affected by conflict. The annual series of live music nights present people with the opportunity to see the biggest performers in the country at the time live in one of the UK’s best venues with Aitch being one of the artists part of their 2024 lineup.

DJ Win took the stage next setting the mood before Aitch came on, gifting the crowd to a few more energy raisers before the highly anticipated main act took to perform. A blackout darkened the room as the lights started to flare up and the back track built up to Aitch jumping on, accompanied by a live band getting the crowd fired up as he started his set. With “Keisha & Becky”, “Strike Me A Pose” and “Taste” all getting played, Aitch made sure not to disappoint with the heavy hitters.

Aitch regularly interacted with the crowd, shouting out people’s birthdays, checking on the energy levels with DJ Win and more. At one point during the show, Aitch shouted out a girl named Chloe in the crowd and made sure to perform her sister’s favourite song, “Psycho”, his track with singer Anne-Marie.

Aitch brought out various guests during the duration of his set. Firstly, A1xJ1 came back out to join Aitch for their song “Scary“. Later Aitch brought out Avelino for what he described as a more old-school UK hip hop track. The unreleased tune includes a chorus where Aitch and Avelino go back and forth about business likely the name of the track too. Lastly, Aitch had West London’s AJ Tracey come on stage to perform their collaboration track “Rain”, produced by Tay Keith.

With an electrifying stage presence backed by the live band, Aitch’s show at O2 Shepherd’s Bush, courtesy of BRITS Week for War Child was definitely a memorable one.
