OVO’s Oliver El-Khatib announced on OVO Sound Radio that Drake’s label had signed someone new; R&B singer Plaza, from you guessed it, Toronto.
Plaza’s latest project Shadow was shared around by OVO socials last night. The project was officially released by OVO Sound and Warner, the Toronto label’s parent.
On his show, Oliver said, “Before I leave (I’m) gonna play Shadow, an EP by Plaza, the newest member of the OVO Sound family.”
The OVO new-boy joins Majid Jordan, PARTYNEXTDOOR, DVSN, Roy Woods, OB O’Brien and Drake himself.
