adidas have taken one of the year’s biggest silhouettes to new levels with the release of the NMD_R2.
The shoe takes inspiration from Tokyo, a city renowned for its joining of past tradition and rapid technological advancement. The NMD mirrors this coexistence of cultures through taking elements from sports memory and joining it with brand new footwear technology to create the first technical runner sneaker.
The R2 is a revised update of the much loved R1 model, representing everyday style matched with extensive comfort. The shoe incorporates clean Boost tooling and an evolved EVA plug element, gently updating the shoe’s original, iconic design.
