Wiley continues to make use of new social media platforms as he becomes the latest artist to join OnlyFans.
With a subscription plan which starts at £7 a month ($10), subscribers will be able to access special content.
The bio reads, “The only place on the internet for Live streaming Wiley content” and lists the artist’s Apple Music profile link.
After his past social media controversy and subsequent mainstream media interviews, Wiley was suspended from most mainstream social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Following this, Wiley has been seen on occasion on popular discussion app Clubhouse as well as on Triller.
Back in January, Wiley teased a new album called Anti-Systemic on Twitter.
Since then, several snippets of Wiley recording and working in the studio have circulated around Twitter and via Reddit Grime communities.
Anti-Systemic would be the artist’s first full-length project since the drops Boasty Gang – The Album and The Godfather 3 which dropped in summer 2020.
The former was unveiled without warning.
This new OnlyFans account will seemingly offer fans the ability to see new content from Wiley as and when he pushes it out.
Despite its current association with sex work, OnlyFans began as a platform for artists to connect with their fans.
The platform is also financially lucrative, with a report last year estimating that Blac Chyna had the capacity to rake in £15 million a month via the app.
Rapper Bhad Bhabie recently raised ethical questions about OnlyFans and the culture of its usage after she joined the app on her 18th birthday.
