AJ Tracey has joined Dotty for an all-new interview/mini-documentary on Apple Music’s The Agenda Meets – a series exploring the backgrounds, personalities and motivations of standout artists in Black British music.
After an impressive run for his latest album Flu Game, AJ opens up about his ability to merge genres, the argument of being independent Vs signing and more. With basketball being a huge aesthetic behind the album he also discusses the parallels between musicians and sportsmen.
Clearly on a mission to break boundaries, he is destined to cement his legacy not only through music but as someone who touches resonates through having a positive message behind his art.
AJ says of his journey: “I’m just grateful for everything. On a personal level, it keeps me motivated that I’ve changed so many people’s lives and I can still change more. I’m still young so I need to get it while I can.”
