Alika has gifted us with her debut EP entitled Wiz.
The project features an impressive line-up of feature guests including Trillary Banks Big Zuu, Trillary Banks and Courtney Bennett. Wiz demands your attention, with Alika making a statement for female artists who are so often over looked in a male-dominated scene.
Of the project, Alika said: “The name Wiz came about when I co-wrote “Wavey” and I feel it started to resonate with how I see myself as a creative; trying to be a wizard in the studio, as well as how I see my journey which I envision to be a long, eventful & fruitful road, my yellow brick road.”
With the project being Alika’s debut EP, it looks as if the only way is up with this project setting a high bar for the rest of her career.
