Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate will lose over £2 million after a judge ruled that they evaded over £21 million in taxes across their online businesses.
The brothers were accused of not paying tax on the £21 million in revenue received from the likes of OnlyFans, War Room, Hustlers’ University, Cobra Tate and more between 2014 and 2022.
The Devon and Cornwall Police originally brought forward the case via a civil suit to retrieve the £2.8 million owed in taxes and now a judge at Westminster Magistrates’ Court has ruled in favour of the money being seized with Chief magistrate Paul Goldspring saying the tax evasion was “straightforward cheat of the revenue”.
The police described the brothers as “serial tax and VAT evaders”.
In a statement addressing the ruling, controversial figure Andrew Tate said, “This is not justice; it’s a coordinated attack on anyone who dares to challenge the system.”
