We’ve been hit with a new interview from boxing platform iFL TV and chopping it up on this one is Watford’s very own Anthony Joshua.
Last month AJ lost his WBA, WBO and IFB belts to Oleksandr Usyk at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium and during his chat with iFL, he reflects on the loss and says that it’s going to be “straight war” in the rematch.
Another big bout which recently took place in the boxing world was the triology fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder and we hear AJ praise Fury for taking the win in his new interview.
“Fury done really well for a man in his first title defence as a champion,” Joshua said. “It shows just how tough it is being champion at the moment.
“But he did very well to come through the storm, but SugarHill deserves a round of applause in the corner. That helped him a lot having that trust and wisdom in his corner, a great corner set-up.
“Well done to him WBC champion of the world and two-time champion it is lovely for his wife and family particularly his old man [John Fury] who deserves it and is his biggest f****** supporter.”
