Apple is expected to launch a new service, which will allow their customers to subscribe to Apple hardware instead of paying the full cost up-front.

Since 2007, when the first iPhone was released, millions of people around the world have become familiar with Apple and users of their devices. Not only are they familiar with Apple and their iPhones, but regularly pay to swap older models for brand new versions.

As the popularity in Apple has remained consistent, they are now expecting to develop a new way to allow customers to access their products – in the form of a subscription service. This service would be applied in a similar way to monthly fees, paying for an app or feature towards the iPhone and other hardware products.

News of this new service has been cited by Bloomberg, who has inferred the project is still in development and not yet being officially announced.

Premises of a subscription service for Apple have been in the works for quite some time, but have been left aside while the company focused on a ‘buy now, pay later’ service.
