On the eve of his new project Ego Kills, AV brings through hook master Not3s, and the punch line king Yungen for a real vibe in the form of “Control”. Avelino has been active for the last seven years, bringing us some truly great music.
On “Control” AV really displays versatility as he effortlessly switches between shelling on the verse, before switching it up to bring us some great melodies on the hook; choosing not to cash in on Not3s feature in the way we might have expected him to.
Yungen despite having had a quiet year, certainly showed absolutely no cobwebs as he delivered an impeccable verse. Similarly, the Not3s’ leaves us excited for the debut album, due out in August.
