Following a stay in hospital that involved a short time in intensive care, Boris Johnson has been released from hospital following his battle with Coronavirus.

The Conservative Party Leader and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom took to Twitter to confirm the news as he thanked the NHS for their time looking after him along with the rest of the country as they face the frontline of the Coronavirus battle.

Boris said, “I have today left hospital after a week in which the NHS has saved my life, no question. It’s hard to find the words to express my debt.”

The Prime Minister added, “We will win because our NHS is the beating heart of this country. It is the best of this country. It is unconquerable. It is powered by love.”
