GRM Daily Teams up with cent.ldn for a limited Edition collaboration.

Gone are the days of the music industry being bound by tribalism. We’re now seeing artists from up and down the country collaborating to create magic. The same goes for us at GRM, we’re not afraid to work with creatives that might be outside of our world. 

With that in mind, we’ve teamed up with cent.ldn. cent.ldn are globally renowned luxury candlemakers, who began their business when the pandemic hit last year. Rather than just creating bog standard candles, cent.ldn instead create beautiful statement pieces made out of wax (simply calling them candles feels wrong!).

As well as the limited edition GRM candle, they’ve created a basketball, an American football helmet and a boombox. The boombox is inspired by the one that was featured on the cover on LL Cool J’s debut album Radio back in 1985. 

Hayley, cent.ldn’s founder and CEO, speaks a little bit more about the thought process behind the GRM candle:

“We settled on this design because we felt that GRM is such a cornerstone in the music industry, not just in the UK as a whole, but in London specifically. So It just felt right to give you guys your own stop on the underground.” 

As you can imagine, a lot goes into getting the products to look so detailed, each individual candle is hand-poured and can take an entire day to make, and to even get to this point, up to six months to a year goes into research and development. 

cent.ldn have created a very limited run of 50 candles which are retailing at £85 available to purchase on their website, so be sure to grab one and own a piece of history.
