It’s been another record breaking week in the charts for Fredo. He has scored his second top five on the album charts with his debut album Third Avenue. The album has equalled Rated Award winning mixtape of the year Tables Turn which also went straight into the top five.

The album’s offerings have also impacted the singles charts – with the latest single featuring Dave “All I ever wanted” entering the charts at number 15 – check out the visuals for that right here. An incredible ten other tracks from the album have also charted inside the UK top 100 this week – “Survival of the fittest”, “MMhm” and “Morning” proving the most popular based on the chart statistics this week. Be sure to catch up with our in depth conversation with Fredo right here.

NSG & Tion Wayne narrowly miss out on a top ten spot this week, as they hang onto the number 11 spot for the second consecutive week. Dreamville Head honcho J Cole has also dropped outside the top ten with his latest offering “Middle Child” taking the number 14 spot this week. Russ’ sensational drill smash “Gun Lean” that has penetrated various sections of society – to the point where we’re even seeing videos of Gemma Collins doing the “Gun Lean” on Instagram, to Russ even performing the hit at Davido’s milestone gig at the 02. The track is still well inside the top 20 this week, scooping the number 16 spot.

Meek Mill and Drake’s reconciliation and tune that followed “Going Bad” has been doing bits on the charts, the recent release of cinematic visuals is sure to see a resurgence in the tunes popularity – currently number 18, but a sure-fire climber with the accompanying visuals, check those out here.

Tragically we learned that Cadet had passed away in a car accident in the early hours of Saturday morning on route to a uni performance. His viral smash with Deno Driz – “Advice” is currently at number 44 – but we hope that we can continue to push this, and the rest of his music in an effort to remember him through the tracks that he made.

AJ Tracey dropped his eponymous debut album on Friday. The second single from the genre bending debut, “Psych Out” has dropped to number 48 – although with the album already pulling impressive numbers across streaming platforms we’re sure to see more of ATJ in the charts over the coming weeks. Check out our feature celebrating seven of his most underrated bangers right here.  “Comfortable” the wavey collaboration from Yungen and Dappy, is nestled in just behind AJ Tracey at number 49, with Swarmz and Tion Wayne’s “Bally” a few spots below at number 52.

“Needed Time” from Yxng Bane has been an immovable object in the charts having spent a whopping 12 weeks in the charts, currently the track is sitting comfortably at number 55 – a three spot improvement on last week. Be sure to keep it locked on GRM Daily for the most definitive chart round up.
