In a demonstration of immense lyricism, Dun D has collaborated with Tiggs Da Author and spoken word talent George The Poet to bring us a brand new track entitled “Royalty”.
With a play on Kendrick Lamar’s hit single “Loyalty” featuring Rihanna, Dun D’s rendition focuses on the appreciation of women and the importance they play in society. By enlisting George The Poet and Tiggs Da Author, the track is given a complex lyrical focus with both artists adding another dimension using their own styles.
With more rap artists collaborating with spoken word artists in recent history, there is hope that there’s many more to come in the near future.
