Celebrating what we can only presume to be the kickstart of his “We Run The Block” single campaign (it was recently signed to Sony/Pitched Up), the Croydon hailing artist even live streamed the remix of his track via Periscope for fans who couldn’t make the intimate party. His visionary/old school method of marketing – keeping the track completely offline – has meant that thus far his first single hasn’t even touched the internet in physical form… you can only catch it via a live performance, on one of its many 1xtra or Radio 1 spins (it’s currently Record of the Week on the Breakfast Show) or on the Twitter hashtag #WeRunTheBlock. Fans were not only treated to the SICK remix to the track, which features an unlikely combination of P Money, Jendor, Mikill Pane, Youngs Teflon and Kojey Radical, but exclusive performances from A2 and Renz and an advanced screening of the official video.
