Last month on The Late Late Show with James Corden, south London singer-songwriter Joy Crookes graced the stage to perform her hit single, “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now”.
Taken from her debut album, Skin, released last October, the track is an anthemic pop, doo-wop and vintage soul tune. Produced by Barney Lister and Blue May, the song revels in self-determination and headstrong mantras.
Crookes’ performance had similar visuals to the track’s music video, as she’s seen singing atop a motorcycle, draped in a bespoke south Asian gown.
