A documentary on U.S. star Kanye West has been picked up by Netflix!
According to Billboard, the multi-part docuseries was sold to the streaming giant for $30 million.
The documentary is said to include never-before-seen footage of Ye and will cover all aspects of his life including his careers in music and fashion, his 2020 presidential election campaign and the passing of his mother, Donda West.
The project is being produced by Clarence ‘Coodie’ Simmons – who has been filming Kanye since the late 1990s – and Chike Ozah. The pair also directed and produced the visuals for Ye’s third music video for “Jesus Walks” and “Through The Wire”.
The Netflix documentary, which hasn’t got an official title just yet, is expected to arrive on the streaming platform later this year.
