Lagoon Wavey has accompanied the release of his latest single, “Highway”, with a fresh set of visuals!
At just 21 years old, Lagoon Wavey has already refined his sound, as evident on “Highway” where he lays down his powerful vocals on the sultry production from Mohammed Hannif, Leejo and Haleek Maul.
“Highway” is the Bajan singer’s second release of the year following “Occupied” which he performed on Colors last month. The two tracks mark a new chapter for Lagoon Wavey who is ready to evolve his sound further.
“This is me finally being more comfortable in my music and trying a new way to do it,” Lagoon said. “I’ve always felt quite reserved when it came to R&B so I’m done trying to play it safe.”
