Lil Uzi Vert has revealed that his $24 million diamond that was implanted in his forehead was ripped out by a fan.
The rapper shocked the world when he announced via social media that the 10-11 carat diamond had been permanently lodged into his forehead.
At the time, he told the world, “This one stone cost so much I’ve been paying for it since 2017. That was the first time I saw a real natural pink diamond.”
Now Uzi has told reporters what happened to the diamond after he has repeatedly been spotted without it at events and on posts on Instagram.
Uzi said to TMZ cameras, “I had a show at Rolling Loud and I jumped into the crowd and they kind of ripped it out. “I’m feeling good. I still have the diamond so I feel good.”
The news comes after Lil Uzi Vert attempted to become the first person on Earth to own a planet.
Uzi tried to buy WASP-127b, a gas giant exoplanet that orbits a yellow dwarf star. The planet was discovered in 2016.
The rapper was met with resistance though as was reportedly told recently that his attempt to buy the planet was unsuccessful.
