It’s been a little minute since we got some fresh solo material from Little Simz but the north London star has now revealed that we can expect some brand-new music from her in the form of the EP, Drop 6.
Simz announced the project on social media, displaying the release date and and artwork for the tape.
The 5-track Drop 6 EP is due to be released next week (May 6th) and will include fresh tracks for Little Simz fans who have been eagerly awaiting new music for a while. Simz’s vocals will dominate the tape as the tracklist only displays one feature from Alewya on the closing track.
Simz also exhibits her talents as a photographer with Drop 6 as she shot the photo for the cover art, displaying yet more of her creativity after delivering an impressive performance on season 3 of Top Boy last year.
The announcement of Drop 6 comes after it was recently revealed Little Simz is due to return to her role as Shelley on season 4 of Top Boy.
