Fans of boxing will be surprised by Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield’s latest venture, as the pair of fighters have teamed up to launch a new product: ear shaped edibles.
Holy Ears is a new line of THC and Delta-8 infused gummy sweets and they’re set to be available for sale from next year.
Tyson and Holyfield infamously fought in the 1997 heavyweight WBA World Championship, where the former notoriously took a bite out of his opponents ear, in scenes that shocked the world.
Mike Tyson told HuffPost, “If I was on cannabis, I wouldn’t have bit [Holyfield’s] ear.”
Holyfield said, “I didn’t think it was funny at first, but then I realised Mike hadn’t been in more trouble for a while,” before adding about his experience about trying the product, “I ate it and laid down. I woke up the next morning and was like, ‘Whoa.’”
The line will be launched as part of Tyson’s Mike’s Bites edible company, with the star having become a recent advocate of cannabis.
