“The Holme”, a mega-mansion set in London’s Regent Park, is currently on the market for a whopping £250 million, making it the most lucrative home in London and the most expensive property for sale in the world.
So what does it have to offer? Well, the 205-year-old mansion sits on a mere four acres of land, boasting forty bedrooms and nearly 30,000 square feet of living space alongside a few other bonuses such as a tennis court, a library and eight garages, to name a few.
The house was formerly owned by members of the Saudi royal family, but it was repossessed due to an expired loan.
Now that the property is on the market, are there any takers?
