Nevermind the Buzzcocks is returning to Sky after being off the air for 5 years.

After getting cancelled in 2015 and being off-air since then, the comedic music-focused quiz show is being revived by Sky according to British Comedy Guide.

The show originally ran for 28 series on BBC Two between 1996 and 2015. It was originally hosted by Mark Lamar for the first 17 series, followed by Simon Amstell and then Rhod Gilbert for the final series.

News about the revived series is being kept under wraps with no noise on who the new panellists will be, however, British Comedy Guide believe that there will be changes to the show’s original format.

A tweet by Snoochie Shy calling for Alhan to become one of the panellists currently has over 700 likes – suggesting that many would like to see the Rated Personality of the Year nominee take on the role.

Along with Snoochie, DJ Oblig and more have co-signed the idea.
