Songstress RAYE has had some ups and downs in recent times, but she’s come out on top, as evidenced by her new single “Escapism”.
Swapping the glittery pop vibes for an edgier, hip-hop influenced sound, she brings almost a rapped vocal approach to the record, which finds her holding nothing back lyrically either. She’s joined on the track by rising star and Kanye West signing 070 Shake, who adds some of her own distinctive flavour.
