Shenseea has finally dropped her debut album titled ALPHA.
A 14 track long release, ALPHA transitions Shenseea to global superstardom thanks to her versatility and clear vocal talents.
Switching from the dancehall deejay style heard on classics like “Loodi” and “Shen Yeng Anthem” that catapulted Shenseea to success, the Jamaican starlet also incorporates more of her vocals and ballad ability thanks to a generous offering of pop-centric hits.
“Target”, the project’s opener, features Tyga and places Shen’s patois laced bars over a light and upbeat instrumental.
“Target” is followed by the sensual offering “Can’t Anymore” that speaks directly to a lover about feelings of fantasy and desire.
Tracks like “Deserve It” and “Bouncy” featuring Offset showcase Shenseea’s pop hit-making ability whilst OG fans are served with dancehall tracks like “Lying If I Call It Love” (Feat. Sean Paul), “Shen Ex Anthem” and “Egocentric”.
Also included on the project is the raunchy release “Lick” which features Grammy Award-winning rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
