Stormzy recently took a trip to BBC Radio 1’s infamous Live Lounge for an unlikely, but genius, cover of Kanye West’s “Ultralight Beam”.

The man of the moment, Stormzy, was brave enough to take on such a monumental track, spinning it with his own distinct London sound by adding a killer verse. He admits he’d rather be a Lionel Messi than Gianfranco Zola, sleeping in his “dusty motor” when he was homeless and “smoking on that Maya Jama”. It’s safe to say he does the track justice.

The grime MC also performed his huge new single “Big For Your Boots”, which elevated the single even further too.

Check out both of his dope covers above and if you just can’t get enough of the Skengman, you can view his video for “Big For Your Boots” here
