Rising rapper Twyce unveiled his latest single “100Thou” today, delivering a poignant reflection on the music industry’s pitfalls and the daily realities of being a rapper.
The track features jazz-inflected instrumentation, chopped vocal samples and dynamic production, accompanied by a sleek black-and-white visual filmed in Peckham.
“‘100Thou’ represents me navigating the music industry, how I lost 100k, and what I had to do to make it back, shedding light on the reality of being a rapper,” Twyce explained.
Twyce also announced his debut EP, Who The Fk is Twyce, a 7-track project set to release on September 6th, exploring themes from grief to complex relationships.
