26 July 2021

It’s looking like Dave’s second album We’re All Alone In This Together is heading straight for the top spot in the UK Albums Chart in its debut week!

The Official Charts revealed that the project is outperforming the rest of the Top 5 albums combined in the midweeks. It has also been announced the album has already surpassed the week one sales total of Dave’s 2019 debut, Psychodrama.

As well as making waves in the Albums Chart, Dave is also dominating the Singles Chart in the midweeks as “Clash” with Stormzy is currently at Number 2, “Verdansk” is at Number 3 while “In The Fire” takes the Number 4 spot. It’s predicted he’ll have 3 songs in the Top 10 when this week’s charts are announced on Friday (July 30).

News of Dave’s waves in the midweeks comes just days after the south Londoner dropped his highly-anticipated sophomore LP.

Psychodrama peaked at Number 1 in the charts two years ago and it looks like We’re All Alone In This Together will be the rapper’s second chart-topping album!
