The beef between Eminem and Nick Cannon is showing no signs of resolution as Nick Cannon says that Eminem is “racist” in an explosive new interview with DJ Vlad.
As we previously reported, Eminem and Nick Cannon’s decade long feud stems from Em’s rumoured past relationship with Mariah Carey and their subsequent public fallout.
The two have traded diss tracks back and forth for years but the beef was reignited when Eminem dropped the following verse on Fat Joe’s track “Lord Above”.
Em said, “I know me and Mariah didn’t end on a high note but that other dude’s whipped, that pussy got him neutered” and “Fool, quit, you not gon do shit, I let her chop my balls off too before I lost you, Nick”.
In response, Nick dropped several diss tracks including “The Invitation” featuring Suge Knight.
Nick Cannon has now added more fuel to the beef – the entertainer and rapper accused the Eminem of racism and said that the rapper has used anti-black lyrics in the past.
Nick spoke about a particular old unearthed track which Eminem apologised for years ago.
Nick told Vlad, “It’s beyond racist. If you listen to the entire song, it’s clearly a song where he’s blatantly disrespecting black queens. Not beating around the bush, what he said is, ‘Black girls are bitches, black girls are dumb. They only want your money.’
Vlad then alleges that Eminem had tracks in his early career where he “calls black people monkeys” and “uses the n-word”.
Vlad and Nick Cannon then claim that Eminem paid people hush money to keep the tracks hidden.
Nick Cannon acknowledged Eminem’s apology, but he rubbished it.
Nick said, “He’s sorry for his individual racism, definitely, I believe he’s sorry for saying the things he said when he was younger but he’s not sorry for institutional racism, because he’s a product of it.”
Nick added, “that’s why people call him a God and a Goat, because of institutional racism.”
